As part of the Freedom Experience team, your role is to assist clients in navigating their retirement options and investment portfolios. Responsibilities include supporting enrollment in retirement savings plans, educating clients on financial matters, and fostering strong relationships. Engage clients considering withdrawals and provide tailored financial solutions to help retain their assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients in group retirement savings plan enrollments

• Offer personalized advice on investment portfolios and retirement

• Strengthen customer relationships through effective communication

• Educate clients on financial planning strategies

• Execute initiatives to enhance client loyalty and retention

Requirements:

• Valid life insurance license (LLQP) or willingness to obtain

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred

• Five years of experience in financial services

• Deep understanding of investment and pension products

• Mandatory bilingual proficiency in both French and English
