This permanent, full-time position calls for candidates with at least two years of relevant experience in benefits administration or payroll. You will manage contribution records, process payments, and ensure compliance with collective agreements while maintaining high data confidentiality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process employer remittance for health and pension benefits
• Verify calculations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare necessary reports for audits
• Maintain complete and accurate member records
• Communicate remittance requirements to employers
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in finance, business, or equivalent
• 2+ years working in benefits administration or unionized settings
• Knowledge of collective agreements is an asset
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and databases
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
