You will contribute significantly to the Real Estate Finance Team by managing accounting functions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate forecasting. Building strong relationships with internal and external teams will be vital to your success. Collaborate with investment and development teams to drive optimal financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage value-add accounting and financial reporting cycles

• Review development proformas and cash flow projections

• Validate financial information received from various teams

• Conduct financial analyses for strategic support

• Lead projects to improve reporting and automation

Requirements:

• CA, CGA, CMA, or CPA designation required

• 4-6 years relevant accounting experience

• Yardi software experience considered beneficial

• Proven ability to influence without authority

• Commitment to continuous improvement initiatives
