Position: Experienced Network Specialist Needed
E-Comm 9-1-1 seeks an experienced Network Specialist to secure and maintain critical 911 communication networks. Leverage your skills in Cisco technology and cloud networking for community safety.

In this full-time position, you will report to the Network Supervisor within a dynamic team. You'll handle second-level network support, tackle advanced troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with service agreements. Familiarity with Cisco switches and Palo Alto firewalls is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor and tune network performance

• Configure and analyze network-related performance metrics

• Conduct incident diagnosis and maintain operational records

• Keep abreast of best practices and network security

• Maintain technical documents for stakeholders' clear communication

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or equivalent

• CCNA certification mandatory; CCNP preferred

• Strong foundation in networking protocols and technologies

• Ability to perform critical analysis and resolve complex issues

• Proven ability to cultivate effective working relationships
