Take on a key role as Program Manager focusing on Office Infrastructure Excellence ntify root causes and drive continuous improvements in Vancouver.
In this position, you will establish and manage the problem management program dedicated to Amazon's corporate office infrastructure. Your mission will be to analyze incidents and support contacts to identify and eliminate underlying issues, ultimately improving service reliability and operational efficiency across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the management program for IT infrastructure
• Analyze trends to uncover systemic problems
• Conduct root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Collaborate with engineering and operational teams
• Report on contact volume metrics and improvements
Requirements:
• 3+ years in project or program management
• Experience engaging with technical and non-technical teams
• Proven track record with process improvement using metrics
• Background in defining program requirements and improvements
• Preferred: ITIL Foundation certification or similar
Drive significant change within Amazon’s office services by enhancing reliability through problem management efforts.
