In this position, reporting to the Team Lead, you will support Operational and Technical Success for a dedicated portfolio of customers. Working collaboratively with Customer Success Managers, your primary objective is to ensure clients gain maximum value from Trulioo's offerings through effective technical guidance and workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main technical contact for assigned customers
• Monitor customer health and proactive optimization opportunities
• Provide technical guidance and best practices
• Support troubleshooting by coordinating with various teams
• Assist with technical validation during customer expansion
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in Technical Account Management or similar roles
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts
• Knowledge of APIs and operational support models
• Customer-centric mindset with advisory capabilities
