Support clients at Interactive Brokers as a Bilingual Client Support Specialist for Trading Platforms. Use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues with ease.

This role is part of the Client Technical Support team, where you’ll assist clients primarily in English and French. Your responsibilities will include resolving inquiries about trading offerings and providing technical support across multiple platforms. You’ll engage with clients through phone, chat, and support tickets, and your analytical capabilities will play a vital role in addressing client challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with inquiries and technical issues

• Provide support for Interactive Brokers’ trading platforms

• Troubleshoot desktop and mobile applications effectively

• Identify and investigate escalated client issues

• Manage large-scale technical problems with precision

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a technical field

• 1+ years of experience in client support roles

• Proficient in working with Windows and Mac systems

• Strong English and French communication skills

• Experience with technical support ticketing systems
