Experienced Neonatal Nurse at BC Women’s Hospital

Contribute to the care of critically ill newborns at BC Women’s Hospital's NICU. We seek registered nurses with NICU experience to provide compassionate, specialized care in a supportive team environment.
Join BC Women’s Hospital + Health Centre as a Registered Nurse to take on multiple roles in our busy Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This position requires 1+ years of experience with Level III patients, and you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to innovative, patient-centered care. Flexible scheduling and a personalized orientation ensure a smooth transition into your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with health professionals in the NICU

• Engage in acute care workshops for skill enhancement

• Support our Mother Baby Care through postpartum training

• Prepare for resuscitation and critical care initiatives

• Participate in team meetings and clinical training
Requirements:

• Current RN registration with the BCCNM

• CPR and Newborn Resuscitation Certification

• Minimum 1 year NICU experience in the past 2 years

• Commitment to patient-centered care

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
