In the Logistics/Project Coordinator position, you will be responsible for the supply chain management and administration of project tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the pharmaceutical field and a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or relevant discipline. Your ability to manage international shipments and communicate effectively will be crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain inventory for GMP products at contract manufacturers
• Review and prepare shipping documentation
• Coordinate timely shipments and address customs issues
• Monitor project budget and expenses
• Handle administrative duties and project updates
Requirements:
• Five years of experience in pharmaceuticals
• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
• Familiarity with international shipping
• Skilled in project management tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
