As a distinguished Canadian distributor, Kohl & Frisch offers the opportunity to work as a Customer Program Specialist, responsible for the execution of customer-facing pharmaceutical programs. The specialist will ensure the Auto Substitution Program meets customer and vendor expectations while maintaining data integrity across host systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and correct data discrepancies as needed
• Oversee the Auto Substitution Program management
• Validate provincial formulary coverage for drug listings
• Work with vendors to ensure program supply levels
• Provide insights for program improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmacy operations
• Pharmacy Technician certification is a plus
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical supply chain
• Expertise in data analysis using Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
