In this pivotal role, you will influence environmental decisions through expert wildlife evaluations and species assessments. With a focus on mentoring fellow biologists, you will guide multidisciplinary teams and build trusted relationships with clients, regulators, and Indigenous communities. Your 12+ years of consulting experience will enhance ERM’s capabilities in responsible project development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead wildlife survey initiatives and habitat analyses
• Prepare compliance-based assessments for major projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, and quality deliverables
• Support business development and proposal efforts
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with experts globally
Requirements:
• M.Sc. in Biological Sciences preferred
• 12+ years of consulting experience
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Driver's license and commitment to health and safety
