As Eligibility Lead, you will be the primary advisor for service providers, engaging in monitoring eligibility determinations, and aligning services with relevant policies. Your background in social services will help you address complex cases and negotiate critical contracts effectively, ensuring families receive the information and assistance they need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate eligibility determinations
• Ensure compliance with administrative policies
• Work with psychologists on eligibility cases
• Negotiate service contracts and corrective actions
• Assist families with eligibility information
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in relevant fields
• Diploma or degree in Business, Social Work, or related
• Experience in social service contract management
• Public sector experience is beneficial
• Clean Driver’s Abstract and class 5 license
