Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator/Receptionist located in Vancouver, WA. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as coordinating office operations, maintaining office equipment, and providing support for various projects. The position also requires serving as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with customer service inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reception, answer calls, direct accordingly
- Scan documents and attach in proper file
- Confirm order information in POS
- Retrieve documents from email and attach in proper file
- Greet customers and vendors
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Assist in AR and AP
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
