Civil Engineer

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with public-sector experience who is motivated by meaningful projects, professional growth, and leadership opportunities. This role offers increasing responsibility, mentorship of junior staff, and direct involvement with clients and communities.

• Plan and design public works and capital facilities projects from concept through construction
• Collaborate directly with municipal clients, agencies, and stakeholders
• Manage and mentor junior engineers and design staff
• Coordinate with contractors and review construction activities for quality and compliance
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Apply innovative, community-focused solutions to infrastructure challenges
• Experience with potable water or wastewater systems is a plus, but not required

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 6+ years of professional civil engineering experience
  , with public works or municipal project exposure
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington and Oregon, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and standard project management tools
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients
• Interest in leadership, mentorship, and long-term career growth

• Hybrid schedule available
• Candidates must be comfortable commuting to the Vancouver office as needed for collaboration and project demands

Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience and licensure)
