ACS DOBFAR S.p.A. multinazionale italiana leader nella produzione di API e Prodotti Finiti, è alla ricerca di una figura motivata e orientata alla qualità da inserire nel team di Chemical Quality Control come Chemical QC Analyst .
La risorsa si occuperà di attività di analisi chimico-fisiche su materie prime, semilavorati e prodotti finiti, supportando i processi di rilascio, stabilità, validazione e investigazione analitica nel rispetto delle normative GMP e delle procedure HSE aziendali.
Cerchiamo professionisti/e con esperienza in laboratori chimico-analitici del settore farmaceutico, buone competenze tecniche e forte orientamento alla qualità, al problem solving e al lavoro di squadra.
L'attività si svolgerà su turni dal lunedì al venerdì, nelle fasce orarie 6:00–14:00 e 13:00–21:00.

Role:
Chemical QC Analyst

Reports to:

Chemical QC Manager

Main responsibilities:

Carry out analytical testing for release and stability purpose on API, excipient, semi finished and finished products
Carry out the In process Controls (IPC), according to the local SOP
Carry out analytical testing for validation and analytical transfer purpose
Carry out chemical-physical testing related to complaints coming from markets
Carry out the archiving of release semi finished and finished product's samples
Check the test results, to verify the conformance of the execution according to the analytical method and the compliance with the product specifications
Escalate any analytical issue to the supervisor
Escalate atypical or OOS results of executed testing. Participate and contribute to the first phase of investigation.
Is responsible to follow the current GMP SOP and analytical methods
Is responsible to follow the current HSE SOP and laboratory guidance provided by supervisors. Is also responsible to use DPI, when required
Help to maintain a good level of the laboratory housekeeping
Is responsible to keep the own training documents, updated and regularly signed by supervisor
Technical/Regulatory

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of regulatory guidance and pharmacopeias
Good knowledge of the basis of analytical technics of the chemical laboratory

Skills Required:

Good team working skills
Good problem-solving skills
IT

Skills Required:

Good Knowledge of SAP
Good Knowledge of Empower
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Language

Skills Required:

Italian:
Native or professional proficiency, written and spoken (C1).
English:
Intermediate level, written and spoken (B1).

Education:

High school diploma in chemistry or equivalent
Degree in Chemistry or equivalent
Previous experience in the role or in a similar position within the sector:
At least 2 years of experience in chemical analytical laboratories
