Assembly Technician

The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling firearm parts, packaging retail items, and handling small parts. In addition to core assembly tasks, this role includes training on laser engraving for retail products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and eager to learn new technical skills.

• Assemble small parts with precision and efficiency.
• Package retail products according to company standards.
• Handle small parts assembly to support production needs.

• Learn to operate the laser for retail items.
• Follow proper setup procedures and ensure engraving accuracy.
• Maintain engraving equipment and assist with minor troubleshooting.

• Inspect assembled items for defects or inconsistencies.
• Ensure all packaged products meet quality and branding standards.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures for handling materials.
• Work with production and quality teams to meet efficiency goals.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow assembly instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical or production knowledge (preferred).
