Job Description

As a Strategic Sales Lead, you will be focused on expanding the US business through IT Service engagements and project‑based work for Generative AI, Data, Cloud Modernization, and Digital Engineering.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth by focusing 100% on new logo acquisition, spending at least 70% of time hunting for new logos while building a book of business.
  • Leverage and co‑sell with strategic partners to drive pipeline generation and accelerate deal closures.
  • Engage with C‑level stakeholders as a trusted advisor to tailor solutions to meet business needs and drive digital transformation.
Requirements
  • 8–10+ years of success selling strategic IT Services, Project Services, or Managed Services (Cloud, Data/AI, and Application Solutions).
  • Strong track record in acquiring net new logos across the United States.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of a territory, identify opportunities, and adapt to a rapidly changing technology landscape.
Location

This is a remote opportunity where candidates must be based within the US and be able to travel to meet with clients 25–50%.

Compensation

Base Salary: $160,000 – $200,000

Total Comp: $200,000 – $250,000
