Vernon Jubilee Hospital is hiring a Permanent Full Time Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with Hospitalists, General Practitioners, and Nurse Practitioners to manage the care of a designated group of inpatients. The NP will be responsible for directing clinical care, engaging in both short-term and long-term planning in collaboration with the inter-professional team, and coordinating transitions of care. - Hours/Rotation
:
Rotating schedule; 7 days per week, weekends and statistics;
On-call may be required. - Salary
: $76.61/hour - $84.27/hour. Interior Health establishes salaries within the minimum and maximum of the salary range based on consideration of the qualifications and experience of the applicant.

Qualifications- Education
:
Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) or equivalent. - Certification
:
Current Nurse Practitioner certification with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives. - Experience
:
Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, with the ability to diagnose, treat, and manage patient care is considered an asset.
