Freight Supervisor Overnight Shifts

You’ll work closely with Store Management and the Operations Assistant Manager to optimize associate duties and increase efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain store organization and oversee inventory readiness

• Implement minor resets and monitor planogram adherence

• Develop plans with the Operations Assistant Manager for associates

• Inspect incoming merchandise thoroughly

• Ensure adherence to safety and asset protection protocols

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of team leadership experience in retail

• Flexibility to work overnight shifts

• Strong decision-making and organizing skills

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities

• Passion for mentoring and supporting team growth
