Proposal Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will manage the technical-commercial handoff from sale to execution within a structured manufacturing environment. You will coordinate across the technical and commercial domains to design line layouts, assess plant capacity, and prepare pricing and offers. Working under the COO, you’ll ensure aligned, high-quality proposals and smooth project transitions, contributing to a globally oriented manufacturing operation.

Coordinate with Area Manager to gather technical and commercial information after the sale Analyze plant capacity (Product Sheet) and design the proposed line layout considering constraints

Preliminary evaluation of utilities and foundations when required

Issue requests for quotations with complete technical specifications for accurate pricing

Prepare price calculation sheet based on supplier costs and internal pricing policies

Support drafting the commercial offer with detailed machine configurations and technical descriptions

Manage offer revisions to align with customer expectations and internal guidelines

ResponsabilitàBachelor or Master in Management Engineering or similar

At least 4 years of experience in similar positions in structured industrial companies

Strong knowledge and experience with Autocad

Experience with SAP is a plus Italian and English fluency (spoken and written)
Availability for international travel

Ability to work well with others, strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving attitude
