We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Accountant to take ownership of a varied portfolio. Your primary duties will include preparing monthly financial reports and conducting reconciliations. Proficiency in accrual accounting and structured workflows will be crucial to maintain financial accuracy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create monthly financial statements, including supporting schedules

• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations on time

• Supervise the complete month-end close process

• Handle accounts payable and collections efficiently

• Prepare for audits and support year-end closes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in property accounting

• Proven track record in portfolio management

• Comprehensive understanding of accrual accounting

• Ability to prepare detailed financial statements

• Strong communication with internal stakeholders
