• End-to-end operation of CNC machines to meet exact part specs and finish requirements.
• Blueprint and technical document interpretation to guide setups and runs.
• Continuous monitoring and fine-tuning to sustain quality and throughput.
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Strict adherence to machine and shop safety standards.
• Accurate logging of production metrics and machine status.
• Collaboration with peers to streamline workflows and improve cycle times.

• High school diploma or equivalent (CNC technical training is a plus).
• Proven background as a CNC machine operator or similar.
• Solid understanding of CNC machinery and fundamental programming principles.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specs confidently.
• High attention to detail with strong troubleshooting ability.
• Effective communicator who works well in teams.
• Availability for flexible scheduling and overtime as needed.
