The Executive Summary will be responsible for supporting high-level executives and management and ensuring that all administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently. The Executive Secretary will perform numerous duties including, but not limited to, organizing and scheduling meetings, take minutes of meetings, book and coordinate travel, filing, reporting, and answering phones. To be successful in this role you must be organized, detail-oriented, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Attend meetings and keep minutes
Handle incoming correspondence (mail, packages)
Make and coordinate travel arrangements
Schedule reminders on calendars
Prepare agenda for meetings
Send reminders for meetings, etc.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff member
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
3+ experience in secretarial position
Ability to effectively work under pressure, reassess daily competing priorities and proactively meet deadlines
