We’re growing and looking for a Hybrid Transportation Specialist to join our family. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in organization, and thrives in a fast‑paced dealership environment. You’ll support multiple departments, help keep our vehicle operations running smoothly, and play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive compensation based on experience
Monday through Friday schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM with a 1‑hour lunch (no weekends!)
4% 401K match

Drive company and customer vehicles safely around the dealership and to off‑site locations
Write and review loaner contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
Assist in managing loaner inventory, including tracking availability and vehicle condition
Stage and organize key and vehicle inventory to maintain an efficient and orderly system
Perform accounts receivable tasks such as logging payments or assisting with documentation
Clean inventory vehicles to ensure they are presentable for customers and internal use
Assist in hybrid tasks across departments including service, sales, and administrative support
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all dealership procedures and safety protocols
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
Professional communication and customer‑service mindset
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills; ability to learn dealership systems quickly
