Responsibilities

+ Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users

+ Provide basic networking support including IP and DNS configurations

+ Assist with cybersecurity measures such as MFA and phishing protection

+ Utilize ticketing systems like Service Now to track and resolve issues

+ Troubleshoot Palo Alto Network Global Protect client issues on Windows endpoints

+ Resolve issues on Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems

+ Support Microsoft M365 productivity tools including Outlook, One Drive, and Teams

Requirements

+

Experience with troubleshooting Palo Alto Network Global Protect client issues on Windows endpoints

+ Experience troubleshooting issues on Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems

+ Proficiency with Microsoft M365 software (Outlook, One Drive, Teams)

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills

+ Professional presence and ability to work well in a team

+ Detail-oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures

+ Basic networking and cybersecurity knowledge (IP, DNS, MFA, phishing)

+

Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now

+ Minimum of 0 years of related experience Nice to have:

+ CompTIA A+ Certification

+ Microsoft 365 Certified:
Fundamentals Certification

+

Experience with Connect Wise Remote Support Software and Cyber Ark Workforce Password Management Software

+ Experience troubleshooting Citrix VDIs
