Average total compensation of approximately $88,000 for 30 service hours per week, comprising base salary, commission, and tips.

• Base rate of $20 to $25 per 50‑minute Swedish massage
• Uncapped commission of $5 to $9 per 50‑minute massage
• Tips averaging 18%–25% of the non‑member price; average tip on base service is $20–$30
• Weekly pay with tips paid out the same day

• Maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance
• Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience
• Follow the "Key Ingredients" standard to educate and empower clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars
