The IT Project Manager II will operate as a Servant Leader and facilitator for 2–3 Agile teams, ensuring effective implementation of Scrum and Kanban principles
.

The Scrum Master will act as a Servant Leader and facilitator for Agile teams, ensuring proper implementation of Scrum and Kanban practices. The candidate must be a strong negotiator with excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical teams
• Communicate with management, developers, product owners, and support teams
• Coach teams on Agile best practices (backlog management, user stories, estimation, delivery)
• Track and communicate team velocity and progress
• Maintain process documentation
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles (collaboration, prioritization, accountability, visibility)
• Assist with backlog maintenance and user story quality
• Improve communication transparency
• Support defect/bug prioritization and resolution
• Develop and maintain team agreements, standards, and tools
• Manage performance metrics to improve efficiency
• Identify and remove impediments
• Facilitate conflict resolution
• Empower team self-organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Systems Design
• OR
• 10+ years of equivalent experience
• Certified Scrum Master –
  Required (5+ Years)
• SAFe Certification –
  Required (3+ Years)
• Scrum Master / Business Analyst experience –
  Highly Desired (4 Years)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies & SDLC
