• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure continuity of care
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing support staff

• Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
• Ability to pass background check and health screenings
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, professional, and dependable
• Longterm care or healthcare facility experience preferred (not required)
