As a Security Officer Patrol Coordinator in Prince George, VA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activities while delivering strong customer service. In this role, you will use teamwork, integrity, and a caring approach to help create a welcoming environment while staying agile, reliable, and innovative throughout your shift.

Pay Rate: $15.96 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time — Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM;
Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM;
Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM;
Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM;
Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, shipping and receiving, parking, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior in accordance with site expectations and Allied Universal standards.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
