• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Some travel required throughout North Carolina.

• Good driving record and drug‑screen clearance.
• Must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations.
• Capable of safely using a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of safely accessing crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
