Waco Prepared Foods Facility, Waco, Texas.
Job Summary:
At Pilgrim’s, safety is our top priority. The primary responsibility of this position is to set up operations and coordinate the production process.
- Set up and operate equipment as necessary.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Verify quality checks throughout the shift.
- Complete necessary reports.
- Make adjustments to process to ensure production specifications are maintained.
- Train new employees.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support production demands.
- High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer experience required.
- Certifications:
Fryer Operator, Bread/Batter Operator, SAP, HACCP, Pallet Jack Driver.
