Job Summary

Must be familiar with all company policies and procedures as stated in the company handbook in order to maintain a fair and consistent working environment.

• Braze VAF, Coils, endcaps, elbows, manifolds, brackets, etc. according to requirements within the product spec sheet drawings.
• Produce a quality product while satisfying daily production quantities and reporting.
• Adhere to all Packless policies and procedures as stated in the company handbook, including but not limited to job‑related safety, health, ISO, personal protective equipment, etc.
• Work safely to maintain daily production quotas and reporting with a very high standard of product quality.
• Follow all company policies and regulations including but not limited to job‑related safety, health, ISO, personal protective equipment, security, environmental procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties as needed but not specified in this description.

• Ability to follow instructions and continued training throughout employment with a desire for self‑improvement.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
• Ability to read tape measures with the same ability to read calipers and micrometers.
• A willingness to work any shift on any day including overtime scheduled or in an emergency.
• Trustworthy with ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Must be physically capable of working in conditions that are hot, cold, dirty, and fast‑paced.

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Must be able to lift up to 45lbs.

Training will be ongoing throughout employment based on duties as assigned.
