Compensation & Schedule

* Level 1 (1-2 years exp): $18.50 - $22.00 per hour

* Level 2 (2-4 years exp): $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

* Level 3 (4+ years exp): $28.50 - $34.00 per hour

* Level 4-5 (Senior/Lead Installers): $34.00 - $41.00 per hour

* Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates

* Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (occasional overtime as needed)

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality residential and light commercial HVAC installations according to Danco's standards of excellence

* Install new HVAC systems following manufacturer specifications and local codes

* Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

* Communicate effectively with customers and team members

* Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges as they arise

Required Qualifications

* 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience

* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

* NATE Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire)

* EPA Certification preferred

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
