Hours:
Full time (37) and Part Time hours available.
Salary: £30,438 to £32,292 full time equivalent. Pro rata for part time.
Location:
Wakefield, Castleford, or Selby College. Please specify which location and how many hours you are looking for in your application.
- Enable rapid progress for students with SEND and other vulnerable characteristics in both vocational study and wider Preparing for Adulthood Outcomes.
- Analyse student needs within the department and liaise with colleagues to support the development towards meeting those needs.
- Provide training and support for colleagues regarding SEND, Inclusion and other vulnerable characteristics.
- GCSE in English and Maths A*-C/9-4 or equivalent.
- Experience of SEND or other vulnerable characteristics.
- Experience of supporting young people and a school/college setting.
- A Level 3 Education and Training, and a relevant SEND qualification are desirable but not essential.
