Salary Range: $51,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Walker that are seeking skilled Inside Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails to prospective manufacturing clients.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by identifying additional product needs and upselling.
• Collaborate with external sales representatives to align strategies and maximize market penetration.
• Prepare and deliver product quotes and proposals, negotiating terms to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product life cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software specific to manufacturing (e.g., Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Net Suite) and their integration with sales processes.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, product life cycles, and supply chain dynamics.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to target markets (e.g., Spanish for Latin American markets).
