Orthopedic Surgeon | Shoulder & Knee Specialist | Private Practice Partnership

Overview

Are you a surgeon who values clinical autonomy as much as surgical precision? Privia Medical Group, in partnership with the Walla Walla Clinic, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a premier, physician-led multi-specialty group. This role offers a high-volume general orthopedic practice with a sub-specialty focus on Shoulder and Knee procedures, supported by a Level III Trauma Center and a streamlined, physician-centric infrastructure.

While this is a general orthopedic role, you will lead the charge in advanced shoulder and knee care for an established patient base. Your surgical bread-and-butter will include:

• Shoulder: Advanced arthroscopy and total shoulder arthroplasty.
• Knee: Ligament repair (ACL/MCL/PCL) and total knee arthroplasty.
• General: Fracture management and sports medicine.

• Physician-Led Autonomy: You aren’t just a gear in a machine. You have the unique authority to hand-select your own lead clinical support team (LPN, RN, or MA).
• Efficient Workflow: Work alongside a dedicated partner in a practice designed for optimized clinic-to-OR flow.
• Hospital Connection: Provide coverage y’s Medical Center, a Level III Trauma Center with robust hospitalist support.
• Schedule: Full-time with a highly manageable 1:5 call rotation (single-hospital coverage).

• Education: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Licensure: Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Washington State medical license.
• Clinical Focus: Demonstrated proficiency or fellowship training in Shoulder and Knee procedures is highly preferred.
