Waltham, MA onsite for meetings

We are seeking a lead product manager to guide us in the definition and delivery of our customer & resource management technical capabilities. This work spans our full Salesforce ecosystem-including Sales Cloud, Field Service, marketing cloud, customer portals, mobile functionality, scheduling, dispatching, and mapping-to deliver streamlined, intuitive experiences for our customers and front-line users. This role is essential to enhancing how we serve our customers, improving operational efficiency, and advancing our commitment
6+ years product management experience

• 4+ years delivering in a cross-functional, multi-squad product model

• 2+ years people management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrable creative and critical thinking

• The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative, and effective problem-solving

Energy and Utility Experience is a major plus
