Position:  Manager, Communications, Hong Kong (4-month contract)
We currently have an opportunity for a Communications Manager (4-month contract) in our Marketing and Communications team in Hong Kong.

Your primary responsibilities would be to:- Drive internal and external communication activities for Hong Kong business with guidance from Associate Director, Marcomms, Hong Kong and Regional Head and Greater China Head of Communications.

- Support the delivery of successful/influential communications services to business lines and external stakeholders - Be recognized as a specialist in delivery of communications solutions and campaign management - Champion quality, creative copy writing and high standard copy writing delivery for media, social media, digital, external and internal communications
- Track and analyze activities to quantify goals and objectives to illustrate value to fee earners in the business as best possible
- Activate distribution of CBRE content across multiple digital channels, and illustrate sophisticated use of digital platforms to magnify content Additional responsibilities:- Be responsible for all CBRE Hong Kong corporate communications, both internally and externally with direction from Associate Director, Marcomms, Hong Kong
- Implement sustainable and proactive media relations program for Hong Kong including developing bilingual press announcements, opinion articles, and facilitating media interviews and quarterly media briefing as well as handling media enquiries
- Develop close working relationships with key Hong Kong and regional reporters, publications and media outlets in local Chinese and English media - Manage media monitoring and monthly communications reporting - Implement internal communications initiatives for Hong Kong to drive clear employee communication and staff engagement such as broadcasting business team success stories, case studies and regular internal updates, in addition to managing and updating internal application
- Drive and manage internal content generation for Hong Kong and maintain corporate website, working together with Asia Pacific Digital team
- Develop content for social media channels, including Linked

In, Twitter, WeChat and Instagram
- Drive and assist staff engagement activities, including online and offline events and other fun internal initiatives - Assist and conduct media training for executives
- Assist and manage internal communications and media enquiries with regards to emergencies and crises
- Track all communications initiatives, demonstrating link between activities and results
- Assist with coordinating and writing Corporate award submissionsRequired Knowledge and


- Demonstrate ability to deliver results – requires the skills of a hands-on communicator, with strategic insight
- Skilled at communicating in leveraging various communications channels – internal, videography, media relations and social media etc.

- Excellent English and Chinese writing and editing capabilities, specifically business writing, executive communications, creative writing
- Client focused. Demonstrate ability to provide quality service and advice within Marcomms arena
- Sound decision making capabilities, demonstrating an ability to create persuasive and compelling recommendations
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market situations - Creative thinker with ability to propose new ideas, as well as to implement and improve processes Experience and


- Fluent English and Chinese, reading, writing and speaking skills and the ability to edit existing copy for multiple platforms, digital and traditional
- Education in a relevant field i.e. marketing, communication, public relations, economics or commerce - 6 years+ experience in communications management in the Real Estate industry/ B2B service-related industry/ PR agency. Solid experience in the real estate industry will be a strong advantage.

- Ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders - Strong knowledge and experience in digital and social media would be an advantage
