Join the Web3 revolution at Ramp Network! A few words about us. At Ramp Network, we provide a powerful fiat crypto toolkit that enables anyone—from established brands to blockchain pioneers—to easily onboard their next million users into Web
3. Bridging the gap between today's financial system and the emerging crypto economy is our lifelong mission. Driven by our vision, sense of community, and passion for excellence, we relentlessly work to make this dream come true and bring Web3 to the mainstream. From day one, our founders have built a purpose‑led organization where a culture of high performance, receptive minds, and collaboration is at the core.
If you’re looking to accelerate your career, grow at pace, and have a meaningful impact, you’ll find a home at Ramp Network. We have huge ambitions and want people to join us on our quest to become a world‑leading Web3 organization.
Ramp Network is a global payments company making on‑chain money movement as simple as using the internet. We started by solving one of crypto’s hardest problems, enabling people to buy and sell crypto easily and compliantly, and have grown into a leading on‑and‑off‑ramp provider, powering hundreds of partners across fintech, Web3, and payments. Ramp is now entering its next chapter: evolving from infrastructure into a consumer‑first payments platform built around stable coins, wallets, and everyday money movement, without compromising on trust, security, or regulatory excellence.
We operate across multiple regions and regulatory regimes, work closely with banks and regulators worldwide, and have raised $120m+ from leading investors to build long‑term, compliant products at global scale. We’re a product‑driven, highly collaborative team focused on building things that last, and raising the bar for how regulated fintech should work.
KYC is not just the front door to Ramp, it is the foundation of trust, safety, and regulatory integrity across the product. Decisions about who can access Ramp, what they’re allowed to do, and when additional checks apply directly affect customer trust, regulatory standing, financial risk, and our ability to scale. Done poorly, KYC creates friction and exposure. Done well, it becomes a quiet enabler of growth, protecting the business while feeling simple and fair to users.
In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Compliance, Risk, Engineering, and Operations, owning the full lifecycle of customer eligibility, from onboarding through ongoing due diligence, reviews, and escalations, across multiple markets and regulatory regimes. You won’t just be implementing checks. You’ll be designing the system that determines who we trust and how that trust evolves as Ramp scales globally.
You’ll Lead
As Senior Product Manager for KYC Experience & Compliance, you’ll own strategy, execution, and outcomes for one of Ramp’s most business‑critical surfaces:
- Own the end‑to‑end KYC and onboarding experience across web and app, balancing conversion, trust, and regulatory rigor.
- Design and evolve compliant‑by‑default user journeys that feel simple, transparent, and human.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements (MiCA/CASP, AML, Travel Rule, sanctions, source of funds/wealth) into clear product requirements.
- Partner closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and MLROs to align on interpretation, controls, and escalation paths.
- Own integrations and performance of KYC vendors (e.g. identity verification, fraud, name screening).
- Lead experimentation to reduce drop‑off and time‑to‑verification without increasing risk exposure.
- Define metrics for KYC quality and efficiency (conversion, false positives, review times, complaints).
- Build scalable patterns for ongoing due diligence, account reviews, and regulatory change management.
- Act as the product owner for compliance‑related customer experiences, including edge cases and exceptions.
- Own customer and regulatory risk surfaces related to identity, access, and permitted actions, while partnering with Payments on transaction‑level controls.
- Act as the primary product counterpart during regulatory reviews, audits, and incidents related to…
