Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy ETL processes in SAP BODS to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into target systems
Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical implementations using SAP BODSOptimize and troubleshoot ETL jobs to improve performance and increase reliability
Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to uphold data quality and integrity
Maintain and extend existing BODS solutions, including scheduling, monitoring, and error handling
Document technical specifications, data flows, and process diagrams
Support data migration efforts and integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems
Provide technical direction and support to junior team members
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline5+ years of experience with SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) in data integration or ETL delivery
Solid understanding of data warehousing principles, data modeling, and database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, SAP HANA)
Working knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP BW, or other SAP modules
High proficiency in SQL and scripting languages
Excellent problem-solving ability and clear communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Nice to have Exposure to data migration programs, particularly SAP S/4
HANA migrations
Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices
