E shift (Monday through Friday) 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
- Maintain control over the production line at all times, interacting with Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality as necessary.
- Ensure all daily production activities are thoroughly communicated to Supervisors.
- Assist in troubleshooting product quality and performance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized production environment and respect work hours, supporting production goals and timelines, including overtime when required.
- Apply knowledge of ISO
14000 and TS16949 to ensure all associates follow procedures and work instructions. - Complete all production, scrap, and downtime reports accurately and within the required timeframe.
- Check product and component dimensions using in-process inspection sheets with appropriate gauges.
- Monitor equipment for unusual sounds, movements, or appearances that may indicate problems and address abnormalities promptly.
- Change simple parts and fixtures to facilitate changeover of product types.
- Visually and manually check for defects in product or workmanship.
- Record process equipment settings and conditions using verification check sheets.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Three (3) years of manufacturing experience, preferably in equipment assembly or high‑speed equipment operation.
- Reading and writing skills sufficient to follow work‑order instructions and prepare simple production reports.
- Basic math skills.
- Manual dexterity adequate for operating machines properly.
- Visual acuity (corrected) sufficient to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts.
- Physical ability to stoop and bend frequently.
- Physical strength sufficient to lift and carry up to 25pounds frequently.

Physical DemandsThe job requires frequent walking, occasional standing, sitting, use of hands, reaching, climbing, stooping, pushing, pulling, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. The candidate must regularly lift or move up to 10pounds, frequently lift or move up to 25pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 50pounds.
Work EnvironmentThis position is in a warehouse/production environment, with occasional proximity to moving mechanical parts. The noise level is usually loud. The role requires the use of personal protective equipment and exposure to manufacturing areas.
