NOTICE OF OPENING: School Bus Driver / Transportation Coordinator - Temporary
LOCATION: Various Locations
WORK YEAR: Summer 2026
SALARY: Per 1305 CBA $2.00 per hour above the salary schedule which starts at $19.95
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use busHive for the transportation department
- Order parts as needed
- Complete routing
- Conduct dispatch
- Process invoices
- Provide bus transportation department support
- Other duties as assigned
- Valid Michigan Commercials Drivers License with air brake classification and Passenger & School Bus Endorsements: CDL- B, P, & S.
- Experience as a School Bus Driver
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time and work individually
- Ability to manage time and self-directed
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
