Executive Administrative Assistant

Salary: $22 - $25 per hour. Working 36 hours per week, Tuesday–Friday (4‑day work week). This is a fully onsite position.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant capacity—someone highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented. If you’ve supported executives, managed calendars, coordinated projects, or kept a fast‑moving team organized, this is an opportunity to expand your skillset and build a long‑term career path.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for leadership
  • Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow‑ups/action items
  • Coordinate travel, expenses, and day‑to‑day logistics
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communication
  • Keep things moving—anticipate needs, solve problems, and stay one step ahead
Office & Operations Support
  • Help maintain organized systems, files, and documentation
  • Assist with vendor coordination, invoices, and general office operations
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency across the team
  • Assist with onboarding, employee coordination, and HR processes
  • Support accounts payable (AP): invoices, tracking, vendor follow‑ups
  • Learn internal systems, compliance processes, and reporting
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
  • Proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and learning new systems
