Role Description This is a part time , on‑site Nurse Practitioner role based in Warren, OH. The Nurse Practitioner will provide aesthetic and wellness‑focused patient care, including conducting comprehensive consultations, obtaining medical histories, and performing focused physical assessments. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, performing or assisting with non‑surgical aesthetic procedures, and monitoring treatment responses. The role also involves educating patients on treatment options, pre‑ and post‑procedure care, and realistic outcomes while maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation.
The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with medical director, clinical staff, and front office team members to support a safe, efficient, and exceptional patient experience in a boutique environment.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Ohio, with appropriate national certification (e.g., FNP, ANP, AGNP).
- Minimum 1-2 years of Med Spw or aesthetic experuence required
- Demonstrated clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment‑planning skills, preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related specialty.
- Proficiency in performing or assisting with non‑surgical aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation), or strong interest and willingness to be trained.
- Strong patient education, counseling, and communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures, risks, benefits, and aftercare clearly and compassionately.
- Commitment to safety, infection control, and evidence‑based practice, including accurate documentation, charting, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, boutique practice environment, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and respect for patients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to manage a steady schedule of consultations, procedures, and follow‑ups.
- Previous experience in aesthetics or plastic surgery is preferred but not required; comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Basic proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and comfort using digital tools for scheduling, charting, and photo documentation.
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
