IP Nurse / Nurse Practice Educator
Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IP Nurse / Nurse Practice Educator to join our team at Hire Care Services - Rhode Island
. This role is ideal for a clinical professional who is passionate about infection prevention, staff education, and improving the quality of care in a healthcare setting.

• Oversee and support the facility's infection prevention and control program
• Provide education and training to nursing staff and other clinical team members
• Monitor infection control practices and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines
• Conduct audits, track infection trends, and assist with reporting as needed
• Support staff development through ongoing clinical education and competency training
• Work closely with nursing leadership to promote best practices and quality improvement
• Assist with policy implementation, in-services, and infection prevention initiatives
• Serve as a resource for staff regarding clinical questions, infection control, and education needs

• Active nursing license required
• Staff development experience
• Infection Prevention experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience in staff education, clinical training, or nursing leadership preferred
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare facility experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to educate, mentor, and support clinical staff
• Required CDC Certification in Infection Control
