Window World, the nation’s largest exterior remodeling company, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.
This is more than a typical “answer the phones” role—our CSRs play a critical part in creating a first-class customer experience and helping drive the success of our business by converting inquiries into scheduled appointments.

What You’ll Do- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence
- Convert customer inquiries into scheduled in-home appointments
- Schedule sales, installation, and service appointments efficiently
- Provide clear, helpful communication to customers throughout their experience
- Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Accurately input and maintain customer information in our CRM system
- Support team operations by keeping schedules organized and up to date
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence
- Positive, customer-first attitude
- Ability to build rapport quickly and guide conversations
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially with data entry and scheduling
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service, call center, or scheduling experience is a plus
- $20–$24/hour (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses (realistic total earnings $45K–$50K+)
