Job Description Summary
As the Product Sales Specialist for Cardiovascular Ultrasound (CVUS), you will be responsible for selling GE Healthcare CVUS products and/or services to our healthcare partners. You will partner with existing accounts, including large, complex, strategic, or tactically important accounts. Specialized depth and breadth of knowledge, combined with strong sales experience, is necessary to execute the role.
Responsibilities- Generate proposals, prepare sales quotations and presentations, plan customer meetings, and demonstrate equipment capabilities on CVUS products in the assigned territory.
- Maintain satisfactory after‑sale relationships, penetrate competitive accounts, and communicate current market intelligence and field concerns back to the business.
- Lead market analysis and develop/execution of strategies and action plans to drive CVUS sales.
- Prospect for new customers and business while growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio.
- Achieve annual and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long‑term customer relationships with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience; or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience; or Bachelor's Degree and a graduate of GE Health Care CLP.
- Experience presenting complex information both verbally and in writing to decision makers.
- Must live in the territory and be willing to travel within the territory (Eastern Massachusetts & Maine).
- Cardiovascular Ultrasound clinical application and/or product knowledge.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Capital equipment sales experience.
- Healthcare sales experience.
- 5+ years as a sales representative in the Cardiology field, calling into both non‑invasive and interventional labs.
- Pre‑existing relationships in Echo Lab, Cardiac OR/Hybrid OR, and Cath Lab.
- 80% travel with expectation of being at customer sites a majority of the time.
Annual pay range for U.S. based positions: $88,320.00 – $. The specific compensation offered may be influenced by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible employees may earn performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), life, disability, accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
