Our IT Help Desk Technicians eagerly assist employees with basic computer maintenance issues and problems, perform a variety of standard maintenance activities software installations and support items to ensure employee technology meets company standards and requirements.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• Hours range Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• $24.50 per hour + Bonus + Incentive
• Receive and prioritize calls and e‑mails from users.
• Assign task appropriate trouble tickets and ensures that all problems are tracked, measured, resolved and verified.
• Provide first‑line support by answering technical questions and providing solutions to problems.
• Complete hardware and software installation.
• Maintains, upgrades and repairs credit union PC’s and peripheral equipment for all systems.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree, or pursuing Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
