Industry leader in professional services is seeking an experienced office services clerk to work as part of a professional team to provide excellent customer service and on-site back office support. The perfect candidate will have an energetic, outgoing personality and will be able to conduct the following tasks with little or no supervision:
Operate a variety of copy center equipment including, but not limited to, printers, color copiers, collators, folders, drills, stapling machines, power cutters, and associated bindery equipment, pick up and deliver copy requests and documents, maintain inventory and storage of paper stock and other supplies, maintain appropriate records and logs of copy center activities, process inbound and outbound mail and packages, provide support for hospitality services - setting up and breaking down conference rooms and meeting space, lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds, serve as a technical expert regarding the capabilities of the copy center equipment, including electronic printing and file manipulation systems, consult with clients to customize and resolve reproduction problems, set up, adjusts, monitors, operates, maintains, and troubleshoots electronic copy systems and bindery equipment, use a PC network server to convert documents into digital files, and maintains indices, Establish and monitor contracts with vendors under the direction of the supervisor, proofread and edit copy and binding projects for quality control, receive and routes legal papers and official documents, perform related duties as required
