Full‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer – Mondelēz International

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize shelf visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order products (via iPad tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the applicant resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing/pulling 50 lbs).
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Washington, MO (primary location); secondary locations:
  Union, MO.
• Schedule availability:
  Sunday thru Thursday or Tuesday thru Saturday, 7:00 AM start.

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 – $18.00 based on relevant experience.
